Technology in the Art Room 

Digital technology in the art room is a vital component of a balanced curriculum. The introduction of programs and apps to the art room creates the opportunity for the students to be teachers, to work collaboratively or independently on problem solving, and to create vastly varied visual responses to explored concepts. 

Here are some of the techniques I have employed in my classroom. 

Photoshop 

Explorations into the elements of art starting with a square of paper, working with a work flow through a series of iPad apps.
